Return of good quality goods.


The Customer has the right to refuse the ordered Goods at any time prior to its receipt, and after receiving the Goods - within 7 (seven) days, excluding the day of purchase.

Return of the Goods of proper quality is possible in the case if its presentation, consumer properties are preserved, as well as a document confirming the fact and conditions for the purchase of the specified Goods.

The Customer shall not be entitled to refuse the Goods having individually defined properties, if the Goods specified can only be used by the Customer who acquires it.

If the Customer refuses the Goods of the proper quality, the Seller shall return to him the amount of money paid by the consumer under the contract, with the exception of the seller's costs of delivery from the returned goods, no later than 10 days after the consumer submits the relevant demand.

Return of goods of inadequate quality


Under the commodity of inadequate quality is meant a product that is not able to provide its functional qualities due to a significant defect (with the presence of defects / defects).


The buyer who sold the goods of inadequate quality, if it was not agreed by the seller, has the right to choose any of the following requirements at his option:


replacement for goods of a similar brand (model, article) or for the same goods of another brand (model, article) with the corresponding recalculation of the purchase price;

commensurate reduction of the purchase price;

Gratuitous elimination of defects of the goods or compensation of expenses for their correction by the buyer or the third party;

have the right to refuse to execute the contract and demand the return of the amount paid for the goods.

When returning technically complex goods of inadequate quality (the list of such goods is approved by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of 10.11.2011 No. 924 "On approval of the list of technically complex goods") The buyer has the right to demand:


replacement for goods of a similar brand (model, article) or for the same goods of another brand (model, article) with the corresponding recalculation of the purchase price;

refuse to perform the contract and demand the return of the amount paid for the goods.

All of the above requirements for the return of goods of inadequate quality can be brought in the following terms:


The product has a warranty period - during the entire warranty period;

The goods are not subject to a warranty period - within a reasonable time, but not more than 2 years.

The Internet store has the right to refuse to exchange or return the goods, if it considers that the discovered significant deficiency is a consequence of improper operation of the goods.


In the event of any disagreement on the quality or causes of the defects, the Internet store may conduct an independent examination at its own expense. The buyer can participate in the examination and challenge her decision in court. If, as a result of the examination, it is established that the defects of the goods have arisen due to the fault of the Buyer, the Buyer is obliged to reimburse the cost of the examination to the Internet shop, as well as the costs associated with its carrying out for the transportation and storage of the goods.
